Seasonal Menu

Appetizer

Crème of tuna with coriander, dill, garnished with a Nordic salsa with spinach and horseradish.

Starter

Gently cooked salted cod, crispy panko with basil, creamy potato aioli, sour crème, Mediterranean inspired vegetables, rye bread croutons, bitter leaves, served with spiced cold gazpacho.

Main

Thyme and rosemary, marinated pork loin, jus with lemon thyme and pomegranate. Compote of braeburn apple, jerusalem artichokes and bacon, lightly smoked foam of sweet corn, pickled and burnt baby corn, crispy potato & herb mayonaise.

Dessert

Our favourite summer dessert assortment: milk chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, berries with Italian meringue, dark chocolate ice cream & raspberry coulis.

Coffee & Petit Four

We conclude with black coffee and tea accompanied by petit four & the chef’s selected digestifs.
