Seasonal Menu


Lightly smoked cauliflower purée, tomatoes, pickled cauliflower with curry, beluga lentils, and crispy breadcrumbs.


Slow cooked pollock, & classic bisque with apples, lemon & chives. Carpaccio of apple & Jerusalem artichokes, dill mayonnaise & Jerusalem artichoke crisps and purée.


Tender Danish veal neck with a mushroom jus, Pommes Anna, Aerated Vichyssoise elderberry-pickled pear, dehydrated trumpet mushroom, mushroom cream, autumn leeks and chervil.


Mousse made from caramelized brown sugar and brown butter, with a crispy chocolate tuille. Hazelnut ice cream, baked plums with plum coulis Vanilla “snow” & sweet-pickled cranberries in sauce aigre-doux with balsamic vinegar.

Coffee & Petit Four

We conclude with black coffee and tea accompanied by petit four & the chef’s selected digestifs.
