Starter

Gently coked dab with chive sauce and two types of peas, accompanied by hand-peeled shrimp, creamy salad with puntalette, new radishes, and carrots with tops in a chive oil

Main

Fried pork tenderloin. Sauce with tarragon and blueberries, accompanied by an asparagus variation, wheat crackers with cucumbers, and creamy potato fondant

Dessert

Strawberry mousse and marinated strawberries with lightly caramelized puff pastry, served with raspberry sorbet and white chocolate ice cream

Coffee & Petit Four

We conclude with black coffee and tea accompanied by petit four & the chef’s selected digestifs.
