Appetizer

Blinis made with smoked salmon and rice, Purée from poached egg, Portwine soaked Raisins and Pickled jerusalem artichoke.

Starter

Baked cod, accompanied by a Fennel and Carrot Tarte Tatin with Coriander and Orange, Salted Walnut, Lobster Cream, Fennel Crudité with Chervil, and an Orange & Vanilla Gastrique.

Main

Duck breast served medium with glazed red cabbage, and a Rye Croustillant with Cinnamon Cream. Lingonberries, and pickled apples. Pommes Mousseline, a foam of caramelized potato foam, a crispy potato bonbon, and our Signature Krambambuli Rum infused sauce.

Dessert

Dried fruit carpaccio, vanilla ice cream, & christmas crumble. Cherry mousse with Amarena cherries, cherry gel, spiced christmas cake made with “Hvidtøl”.

Coffee & Petit Four

We conclude with black coffee and tea accompanied by petit four & the chef’s selected digestifs.
