Roast of tender Danish veal and a “bleeding” chicken dariol with lovage butter and veal jus, served with a crispy potato and spring greens such as asparagus, tomato and wild garlic

Dessert

Exotic dessert with Piña Colada panna cotta and vanilla-braised pineapple, served with moist dream cake, mango and coconut-chocolate croustillant
